Hostel for children

Creating safe and secured living environment

To ensure each child is valued, respected, feels safe and secure and develops a positive self - concept, enable a sound foundation for physical and motor development of each child

The next upcoming project is to widen and scale up the already existing residential care home for the children in need. This "Children Home Project" is aimed at the children of the age group 6-17. The aspiration of the project is to expand the existing facilities which can accommodate around 60 to 100 children.

The Dohnavur Fellowship has over a century-long legacy in child-care and education which we would draw from to create a safe, comfortable and secure living environment, acting as a "home away from home." The Children Home strives to focus on the holistic needs of the children by fostering the children’s physical, emotional, mental, psychological and spiritual development, while also equipping them with life and social skills, resilience, and problem-solving abilities. The historical spacious green campus bustling with native flora and fauna along with the organic nutritional nourishment serves to provide an enriching environment for the children to grow and develop in.
