The Dohnavur Fellowship, founded in 1901 by Amy Carmichael (fondly known as ‘Amma’), is a Christian Charitable organisation, which started as a home for rescued children and has through the years expanded & engaged with various projects for over a century in Child Care & Education, Health care, Women Rehabilitation & Empowerment, Elderly Care and Community Development in alignment with ecological conservation with an emphasis on indigenous solutions
